The Brazilian Grand Prix is normally an exciting race. One of the reasons for that, of course, is the weather. It can be very mixed at Sao Paulo – which is good for the show…

But if you are having a bet it can be a tricky to predict. Just cast your mind back to Austin! However, once again this hasn’t put me off -and I believe I’ve found some good value bets…

ONE: My first bet is for Romain Grosjean to reach the third and final qualifying session on Saturday, Q3. Although the future Haas driver hasn’t reached the final qualifying session in the last two races, he had reached Q3 in the six races before the grand prix weekend in Texas. So I feel the Frenchman will regain his qualifying form to reach the top 10 in Brazil.

TWO: Nico Hulkenberg seems to enjoy Interlagos. In 2012 he should have secured his first podium in F1 and possibly his first win, only for a collision with current world champion Lewis Hamilton to prevent the German achieving the podium he deserves. Also, after a solid Mexican Grand Prix I’m going for Hulkenberg to achieve a top-six position this weekend.

THREE: My third and final bet is in respect of the wonder kid that is  Max Verstappen. The youngster has finished in the points in nine of the 17 races this year. This statistic also looks better when you think he has had his fair share of reliability problems this year, with four retirements. So my final bet is for Verstappen to finish in the points again in Sao Paulo.

Good luck and remember to bet responsibly.
